Carbon Footprint

Carbon footprint is the total amount of greenhouse gases produced to directly and indirectly support human activities, usually expressed in equivalent tons of carbon dioxide (CO2). For example when your car engine works it is burn fuel which produce a lot of CO2 and another dangerous gases. These gases warm the atmosphere and it will create another huge problem which is global warming

Actually we have some dangerous greenhouse gases produced by humans. For instance we have carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, and chlorofluorocarbons. Carbon dioxide is the most dangerous gases and the scientists commonly use CO2 to measure the global warming problem. Furthermore, all greenhouse gases have carbon in common.

On the other hand the carbon it is not all bad. For example, diamonds are pure carbon. Also oil, natural gas, and coal are made of carbon and it is polluting connotation. Finally the carbon footprint is calculated for the time period of a year.
