The UAE is one of the most highly developed countries in the world. Abu Dhabi city has a rapid development and that may cause some effect. This essay will examine the causes of rapid development in Abu Dhabi and look at some of the effects.

There are several causes for Abu Dhabi's rapid development. One of the main causes of rapid development is oil wealth and what it has brought. Because of Abu Dhabi wealth by the oil, the city infrastructure has developed. For instance, they can build the roads, park, and public transport. Another contributing factor is vision of the people and leader. The reason is there are a lot of educated people help to develop the city and we have a wise leader.

Rapid developments have some positive consequences for Abu Dhabi. The biggest effect is on the environment. For example, the government has built the hospitals and roads and they replaced the sands to a green city. Also they are interested in the agriculture. Another adverse effect is on the people. For instance, in Abu Dhabi they have increase the health care class by increase number of hospitals and the type of medicine. Furthermore the housing and education has increase too.

Rapid developments have some positive consequences but there are many negative outcomes. The major effect is on the environment. When the city has rapid development there are a lot of vehicles and factories and all pollute the air. Another adverse effect is the people. The foreigners vs. tradition and that cause our traditions to the lost.

Overall, Abu Dhabi is rapid development is caused by the oil and wise leaders. However, we can gain from the positive effect and I hope to solve the negative effect.

UAE has emerged as one of the fastest developments in the last dew decades. This rapid development is just due to money from oil and perfect sense to spend that money.
